POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a dedicated Marine Estimator with at least 7 years of proven expertise in the field. The candidate will gather and analyze technical, cost, and schedule data from various stakeholders in the supply chain and collaborate closely with engineering, planning, program management, and operations support teams during proposal development.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven expertise in marine estimating
  • Bachelor of Science degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with different estimating methodologies and the US Navy Ship Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS) is desired

SKILLS 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Gather and analyze technical, cost, and schedule data from various stakeholders in the supply chain
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, program management, and operations support teams during proposal development
  • Utilize different estimating methodologies and apply knowledge of the US Navy Ship Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS)
