POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a dedicated Structural Workstation Coordinator with experience in resource planning and scheduling. The candidate will track project progress, identify project issues, coordinate project scope changes and contingency plans, and keep station supervisors informed of project status.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Experience in using BERT, BCS, and NAVIS programs
  • Applicable experience in resource planning and scheduling
  • Basic knowledge of shipbuilding activities and standard marine practices

SKILLS 

  • Proficiency in project tracking and monitoring
  • Familiarity with general specifications for construction and repair
  • Ability to identify and resolve project issues
  • Knowledge of resource planning and scheduling

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Track progress on projects, including budgeted man-hours, labor, and other resources
  • Identify project issues and coordinate project scope changes and contingency plans
  • Keep station supervisors continually informed of project status
  • Utilize BERT, BCS, and NAVIS programs to manage and monitor projects
