Bollinger Mandeville is home to Business Development, which includes a full complement of Technical Design Engineers, Program Managers, and Estimating Department. The group is responsible for all commercial and government new construction proposals and bids for Bollinger Shipyards. Bollinger Mandeville is also responsible for all engineering and program management of the current industry studies contracts for the U.S. Government.
